Shoma Bay, Shoma Group's 24-story, 333-residence tower at 1850 JFK Causeway with a 35,037-square-foot Publix, broke ground in August 2024 and is anticipated for completion in 2027. Continuum Club & Residences, Eichner and Aksoy's 32-story, 198-residence tower at 1755 79th Street Causeway, held its groundbreaking in March 2025 with completion scheduled for 2027-2028.
